I play rugby because it is an amazing stress reliever, improves my mental health and I feel supported by my teammates who have also become my best friends

I played for about 45 years ...For me it is the people I met, welcoming and helpful ... the game has a place for everyone. I'm short, slow - didn't matter there was a position I could fill.
