Providence College and Wesleyan University will compete in the Small College Championships. Despite being part of Small College Rugby based on enrollment, Babson College has achieved the remarkable feat of qualifying for the Premier Division, showcasing the extraordinary talent and resilience within our ranks.
Providence College Black Pack has shown exceptional growth and adaptability, transitioning from a challenging Fall XV’s season to excel in the 7’s format. They secured their championship berth at the Nor’easter 7’s, overcoming Endicott College, a formidable opponent and also a national qualifier.
Wesleyan University has been strengthening its team dynamics and expanding its roster over recent years. Their impressive performance at the Lighthouse 7’s, where they triumphed over top-tier teams, underscored their readiness and determination.
Babson College, not only the defending Small College 7’s National Champions but also XV’s Small College National Champions, has outdone themselves by qualifying for the 7’s Premier division. Their record of 15-1 in premier-quality tournaments during the regular season is a testament to their prowess and strategic excellence.
