This agreement is between the following Geographic Unions (GU): Capital Rugby Union (Capital), Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union (EPRU), Empire Geographic Union Rugby (Empire), and New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU) and concerns the Atlantic Super Regional Competition, an important milestone for participating clubs in the USA Rugby National Championship Series (NCS).
