SUMMARY:Atlantic Super Regionals Semi-Finals (Round 1 - NERFU)
DESCRIPTION:The first round of the 2024 Atlantic Super Regionals – the playoffs for the Northeast on the road to Nationals – will be co-hosted by Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union and NERFU. Original plans were to host all clubs at the Irish Cultural Center (ICC) in Canton\, Mass. However\, due to restrictions imposed by poor spring weather\, field availability is limited at that venue. As such\, Men’s teams will continue to play at the ICC. Seacoast Rugby has generously stepped up on short notice to host the women’s matches. Further details to be announced.

DESCRIPTION:The top two seeds of the Men’s and Women’s Division 2 and 3 clubs will clash in the 2023-24 season finale! Winners are crowned NERFU champions and move on to the Atlantic Super Regionals and the Road to Nationals! \nWe’re excited to partner again with the Irish Cultural Center in Canton\, Mass. to host the finals again and create a festival atmosphere around these contests between our division leaders. \nEvent Details:\nLocation: ICC in Canton\, MA\nAddress: 200 New Boston Drive Canton MA 02021 \nSchedule:\nWomen’s D3 Championship:\nSouth Shore Sirens v. Amoskeag Rugby\nWarm up @ 10:00 / Kick off @ 11:00 \nMen’s D3 Championship:\nCharles River Rugby v. Boston Irish Wolfhounds\nWarm up @ 10:30 / Kick off @ 11:30 \nWomen’s D2 Championship:\nAlbany Knickerbockers v. Worcester Shamrocks\nWarm up@ 1:00 / Kick off @ 2:00 \nMen’s D2 Championship:\nPortland Rugby v. Boston Irish Wolfhounds\nWarm Up @ 1:30 / Kick off @ 2:30 \nWomen’s matches will be held on the “upper field” and men’s matches on the “lower field” \n \nAdditional Details:\nLOCKER ROOMS will be open & labeled for your clubs if you wish to use them. Please be mindful of the times you have them (posted on locker room doors) in case there is another team coming in behind you.\n\nSOCIAL: The concession at the ICC will be open (your usual dogs\, burgers\, fries etc.) Full bar in the clubhouse will be available as well.\n\nMEDICS: There will be a medic at each field. We will update if a trainer will be available for taping. Bring your own tape\, just in case.\n\nBATHROOMS: There are typically porta potties near each parking lot\, bathrooms in the lockers rooms and a full restroom inside the clubhouse\, with access from the outside as well.\n\nKIDS: ICC is Kid/Family Friendly!\n \nDOGS: Dogs are not allowed on the fields\n\nPARKING: Ample parking at both fields/side of the venue. I have yet to hear any concerns regarding parking but if there is anything that comes up\, please reach out!\n\nRugbyXplorer/Rosters: ALL matches should be in RX. Please take time to make sure you can see your match and you have what you need to do your part. Everyone did great last weekend so I am hoping for another smooth weekend on the technology front!\n\n\nALCOHOL: Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted into the ICC. Please abide by this. Alcohol can be purchased in the ICC pub.
