UConn Women’s Rugby is seeking a passionate and experienced head coach to lead our team beginning in Spring 2026. We compete at the Division I club level within the Rugby Northeast Conference of National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) – playing 15s in the fall and 7s in the spring.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rugby coaching and be committed to fostering both player development and team success. Responsibilities include leading two evening practices per week and coaching at weekend games and tournaments.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine love for the sport and a desire to make a long-term commitment to our program. Compensation is provided at the end of each fall and spring semester.
