DESCRIPTION:The Level 1 Coach Course (formerly L200) focuses on player welfare and the technical skills to play safely – specifically the tackle and the scrum. The course requires coaches to demonstrate effective coaching techniques\, taught in the course including teaching through games\, technical skill development through progressions\, and collaborative coaching. \nThis course is suitable for all experience levels and will likely comprise a mix of veteran players/coaches and those new to the game – all benefitting from a free exchange of ideas/experience. \n\n\nInstructors\n\n\nKevin OBrien\, Bhuttu Mathews\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nUSA RUGBY LEARNING CENTER\n\n\nThe USA Rugby Learning Center is the official Learning Management System (LMS) provided to USA Rugby Members. This resource is an industry leader in online learning management and provides a bridge between World Rugby online courses\, face-to-face offerings from USA Rugby and new online courses specifically developed this year. \n\n\nThe Learning Center uses a single sign-on process through USA Rugby Member profiles via Rugby Xplorer\, meaning users won’t require another username or password\, they will use their existing USA Rugby Member profile to access the LMS. \n\n\nAccess the USA Rugby Learning Center from your “My Profile” page in Rugby Xplorer. Once on your “My Profile” page\, click on “Learning Center” from the left-hand menu. \n
